To create a charcater just open up an email to Heartlands_larp@live.co.uk and list your name, characters name, deity, purity, race, region of origin, class and skills. The Heartlands team will get back to you ASAP with a completed charcater sheet.
Character Creation and backgrounds (backgrounds are not compulsory)
Once you have created your character you may have an idea on how it may act and even its past history. if you write your characters past history and its future hopes and gains then send it into us we might be able to write your character into our plot.
Character backgrounds
Character backgrounds are needed if you wish to receive plot, also it helps us to have game ideas.
Here is some ideas on questions you will probably need to answer in your character backgrounds, once finished please send it into a ref (see the contact us page).
* How righteous or corrupt is your character?
* Describe your characters personality (how they act etc). note conflicts of nature if needed, for example if your characters Righteous will she still steal something if needed and/or she can justify it to herself? Additionally is there anything your character would never do? (Ethics)
* Why did your character take up her chosen class/profession?
* How did that lead on to wanting to adventure?
* Also include notes on what they did in their life before becoming an adventurer.
* Does she have any fears or worries?
* Does she have any religious beliefs, why?
* Also include likes/dislikes & hobbies.
*What does your character want to achieve? Personal aims, goals, dreams or ambitions?
* Does your character have any close friends/loves? Or any dire enemies they oppose or hate?
* Does your character have any Prized Possessions? How did she obtain them?
* In all her time adventuring what was your characters greatest defeat and how did it occur?

If you make any multi class character or a character concept that is not yet in the rules please get permission from a ref before you come to a game to avoid disappointment, any character like this that has not had permission from a ref will not be able to play there character on the day.
Once you have completed your character please send it in to Heartlands_Larp@live.co.uk
